Salary Distribution Schedule for March Announced

Azmar Bank confirms that salaries for all government employees will
be credited on March 28, 2026. Please ensure your
account details are up to date to avoid any delays. The salary
disbursement will follow the standard order by ministry, starting
from 8:00 AM.

If you have recently changed your employment or banking details,
please visit your home branch before March 20 to update your
records. For any questions, visit any branch or call our support
line.

New ATM Locations Operational

Azmar Bank has expanded its ATM network to improve accessibility and
reduce waiting times. New machines are now available at:

• Sulaymaniyah – main branch exterior (24/7)
• Erbil – near the Ministry of Education (compound
  access)
• Duhok – Azmar Bank annex, Azadi street

All new ATMs are fully stocked and ready for salary withdrawals. A

Sulaymaniyah Main Branch – Extended Hours

To better serve public employees, our Sulaymaniyah main branch now
offers extended working hours on Saturdays. The branch is open from
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday–Thursday, and until 4:00 PM on Saturdays.
All services, including salary account opening and loan
applications, are available.

Holiday Banking Hours Notification

Due to national holidays, branch operations will be adjusted during
the last week of December. All branches will resume regular working
hours from December 28, 2025. Plan your banking
accordingly. ATMs remain operational 24/7 for cash withdrawals and
balance checks.

Branches in Erbil and Sulaymaniyah will be closed on December 25. We
apologise for any inconvenience.

Official Salary Certificates Available at Branches

Public employees can now request official salary certificates
directly at any Azmar Bank branch. These printed certificates are
stamped and signed, and accepted by all ministries and financial
institutions. Simply visit your home branch with your ID and account
number; the certificate will be issued on the spot.

Opening of New Branch in Kirkuk

As part of our commitment to accessibility, Azmar Bank inaugurated a
new full-service branch in Kirkuk, located on Qalat Street. The
branch offers salary accounts, loans, and corporate services.
Working hours: Sunday–Thursday 8:30–15:30. All services require an
in-person visit.
